After Church Discussion
We
will have one more after church discussion in May, on May 16. We conclude our Crossings
study
of the Hebrew scriptures with a session on Davidic rule; an exploration
of the kingship of David, the subsequent division of the kingdom,
exile, and hope for return.
May 2: No after church discussion: Dirigo Pines service
May 9: Mother's Day: no discussion
May 16: Davidic Rule
At this time, after May 16 we plan to stop after church discussions until September.
We hope you will join us for this
informative and thought provoking series, and for the many other
interesting topics planned for the rest of the year. So,
come on up to the Library at noon on Sundays
for that second cup of coffee and oh,
so much more! (Please note that
the first Sunday of each month there will be no After Church
Discussion. That day is reserved for the 2:00 pm, monthly CUF
worship service at the Dirigo Pines memory loss unit.)
